Dear investors and friends of Blissera,

We have been quietly working on developing our first commercial vacuum elevator product. Below is a pictorial overview of our development progress and the state of works today. A picture is worth of thousand words.

Concept and Prototyping

Built proof of concept and a 4-story fully functioning technology prototype of the AirLift™ vacuum elevator system where the elevator cabin is hovering in the air like magic, suspended by vacuum forces and gravity.

Technology and IP

  • Developed full-featured mechanical design of the production grade Kilimanjaro system

  • Completed and implemented electronics design, completed assembly and debugging of the system

  • US Patents granted, EU patens approved and in the process of being granted, China and Japan patents pending

  • Trademarks (US and International) pending

Product Parameters

The company is working towards the release of its first residential luxury series of AirLift™ elevators for personal use - the Kilimanjaro series.

General parameters of the upcoming Kilimanjaro model are:

  • Maximum rated load – 1,000lb (450kg) or 4 people

  • Rated speed – 20”/s (optional upgrades to 30"/s and 40"/s)

  • Maximum number of stops – 4

  • Twin doors, automated operation with automated door locks

  • Wheelchair access, ADA compliant

  • Noise level – 55 dB – whisper of the air

  • Backup power – never again being stuck in an elevator

  • Cabin connectivity – fully wireless

  • 24/7 automated diagnostics and tech support

  • 24/7 on-call voice support in the cabin

To visualize AirLift and how it works, here is a teaser product video:

Manufacturing

We have identified reliable manufacturing partners in the USA and across the globe and are outsourcing certain manufacturing activities to our partners. All critical components of the system that represent substantial IP or packed with technology - are being manufactured in-house. The assembly of mechanical and electronic subsystems is done in-house as well.

Manufacturing activities in numbers:

  • Number of outsourced manufacturing partners - 100+

  • Number of unique part types in one Kilimanjaro system - 1,000+

  • Number of components in a 2-story Kilimanjaro system - 10,000+

  • Components already manufactured and in stock for several demo models - 100%

Warehouse

Started with a 500sq.f. space initially as a storage space, then after few upgrades, we leased this large warehouse space that looked like a dump.

The price was right, so we decided to invest in the space and do full remodeling

Received warehouse equipment, machinery and inventory shipments. Installed warehouse racks and organized inventory warehousing storage

So far, 7 container shipments have been received. More are underway

Showroom

In anticipation of the upcoming product release, we have started building a showroom that will house several Kilimanjaro models. The showroom remodeling works have begun:

Aside from the backstage models that we are currently building for testing future technology and future revisions, the showroom will host several models of Kilimanjaro product with different options and configurations. These will be fully functioning product-grade models. Soon we will be ready to take preorders - woo-hoo! 🥳

Machinery

We have decided to invest in CNC machinery for metal and non-metal processing for all in-house manufacturing works:

Assembly Line

We have dedicated a sizeable portion of the warehouse space to assembly works:

Stay tuned, we have more exciting news to share in the next few weeks!

Best regards to your families and close ones
